Designed to serve. Built to love. Be a VESSEL of Hope.

Project 4 Corners

Project 4 Corners is a signature outreach initiative of The Vessel Movement, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to activating communities to bring hope, warmth, and essential care to those experiencing homelessness across the GTA.

The name reflects our heart to eventually reach every corner of the city — north, south, east, and west — uniting people from all areas to be vessels of love in action. Whether you live in the heart of Toronto or beyond, you can take part in spreading hope and kindness where it’s needed most.

The Vessel Movement exists to empower individuals and communities to become vessels of hope through practical acts of love and service. In 2025, this movement grew powerfully—resulting in a 495% increase in donations and 538% more people experiencing homelessness receiving support compared to 2024.

Your Opportunity to Give

Right now, you have the opportunity to sponsor a Hope Bag—a drawstring bag filled with essential items that meet practical needs while sharing encouragement and love with someone facing homelessness. Each bag represents a moment of care, dignity, and hope for someone in need.

What’s Inside Each Hope Bag

Each drawstring Hope Bag is thoughtfully packed with items to bring both comfort and care, including:

  • Winter hat, gloves, and socks

  • Hand, toe, and body warmer

  • Thermal emergency blanket

  • Toothbrush and toothpaste

  • Comb, soap, shampoo and wet wipes

  • Deodorant, pads/tampons

  • Granola bar and a bottle of water

  • New Testament Bible, Hope Note, and vinyl cross

  • Tim Hortons gift card

Every item is chosen with intention—to meet practical needs while reminding each person that they are seen, valued, and loved.

New Need: Help With The Hope XPERIENCE June 28

Project 4 Corners, an outreach initiative of The Vessel Movement, is preparing to host a ground breaking event in Barrie on Sunday June 28, 2026 called The Hope XPERIENCE.

  • We are seeking Barbers, Hair Stylists and Nail Techs who wish to offer their time to provide those in need with a makeover so they can feel seen and that they matter. In turn we are happy to promote your business for giving back!

  • Enjoy baking? We would love for you to bake cookies and wrap them individually for distribution.

  • Have a heart for others and striking up conversation and encouragement? Why not come out to interact directly with the homeless, hear their stories, offer up kind words, and let them feel seen. Even offer them a prayer.

  • Enjoy fashion? Come on out and help distribute some clothing to those in need.

Project 4 Corners is more than an outreach — it’s a movement powered by people who care.

As an initiative of The Vessel Movement, a not-for-profit organization, we welcome businesses, schools, churches, families, community groups, and neighbours who feel called to be part of bringing hope to those experiencing homelessness.

Ways to get involved include:

  • Hosting a hoodie or donation drive

  • Sponsoring Hope Bags

  • Writing hope notes or encouragement cards

  • Become a Vessel Point (donation drop off location)

  • Helping assemble outreach items

  • Joining us during outreach efforts

  • Supporting through your workplace, school, or community group

If you have another idea, we would love to hear it. Every act of kindness helps bring hope to those who need it most.

Your Opportunity to Get Involved

Children Can Be Part Of The Movement

Children have a powerful role in spreading hope. We encourage children to get involved in meaningful and creative ways, such as:

  • Writing hope notes

  • Drawing pictures or making cards

  • Baking cookies

  • Making bracelets

  • Helping assemble Hope Bags

We are always open to hearing new ideas from children who want to help others. These small acts make a lasting impact.
